Hope this helps you or future parties of intrest. P1131 Lack of Upstream Heated Oxygen Sensor Switch - Sensor Indicates Lean - Bank No. 1 P1151 Lack of Upstream Heated Oxygen Sensor Switch - Sensor Indicates Lean - Bank No. 2 I would get under your stang and gently clean outside portion of o2 sensors using a scotch brite. Also if you have so dielectric grease pull electrical connections to o2 sensors clean them and add grease. These trick eliminated the o2 sensor OBD1 codes on my 1987 Ford mustang gt

My check engine light comes on and goes off so when it came on i checked the code and got a P2195 code on my 2005 ford mustang 4.0 liter. Could it be because I use low grade ethanol gas or what?

You obviously know nothing about todays
technology or codes

If had of Googled the code, you would see
it has to do with an Oxygen Sensor

Google: OBD P2195 Ford Codes

Vehicles have no way to know what fuel your putting in them

ur engine is a v6, the head that has the number 1 cylinder is bank 1, so u need to go to the second head and follow the exhaust line, ull find a sensor there, probabbly has 4 cables looks a lot like a spark plug, thats ur oxygen sensor, that probabbly needs to be replaced.

It is a 2001 Mustang GT 4.6 litre Manual transmission. I need the locations of my Power Train Control Module and my Engine Coolant Temp Sensor.

ECT is located to the right(passenger side) of the alternator in the intake manifold.
PCM is located behind the right(passenger) kick panel under the corner of the dash.
