Question about Chevrolet Monte Carlo
This is a maf sensor code. its located after the air filter on the air inlet tube before the intake. It has up to seven wires on it. A failed maf will give you all those symptoms. What is happening is it is not sensing the air coming in so it does not give any fuel when you step on it.. It can be inspected and cleaned with brake cleaner. Using caution not to break the wires on it. They should be shinnny, they get black over time. If cleaning helps most likely a better fix is to replace it.
