HI. This will be a defective strut assembly. There may be a slight leak in the strut tower cylinder housing(gas filled shock housing), or the spring may be damaged. Have the strut repaired or replaced.

Additionally, be sure to have the suspension linkages in that area and wheel axle assembly examined for loose or deteriorating parts, as well.

Location of 2007 chevy trailblazer thermostat

Follow the radiator hose back to the engine on the top side. Where the hose connects to the engine is the thermostat housing. Remove the hose clamp and hose (when vehicle is cool). remove the housing itself and the thermostat will be right in front of you. .

If you have a manifold gasket leak on a '07 trailblazer ss would it make the vehicle lose power when driving down the highway

A manifold gasket leak will cause a power loss everywhere you drive, although a hot engine may lose more power than a cold one. You can check you spark plug color. A manifold leak makes a lean mixture so the plug should show the typical white-ish deposits.

WHEN I TRY TO TURN TO THE LEFT MY RIGHT TIRES LOCK AND DO NOT LET ME TURN.. IT MAKES A HORRIBLE NOISE AND I HAVE CHANGES THE BRAKES THAT IS NOT THE PROBLEM. CAN YOU PLEASE HELP?

have the front suspension checked, in particular ball joints, tie rod ends and the steering parts. if that is a 4 wheel drive it is a distinct possiblilty that one of the cv (constant velocity) joints has failed. does it sound like a clicking sound or a chattering sound (like when the abs goes on)

Trailblazer 2007 ss on occasion the transmission slams into 1st and then seems to go right into 3rd, brought it to dealer but they cannot duplicate the problem so...

It sounds like you have an intermitent shift solenoid failure. This is what would cause your failure. You may possibly have an electrical failure also. I hope this helps.
Thank You,
Roy
