Code for door on lincoln ls 04

The factory code, is on a white card with your owners manual, in the grey leather type folder.
You can change it if you like.

If you don't have it,I would guess you need to go to the dealer with your VIN# and they may be able to look it up.

Key pad code

Usually the doorkey code is on a strip of tape on the trunk lid hinge. It can be in the doorjam or door hinge also. Sometimes you can find them under the hood hinge.
The owners manual kit usually has a hard plastic card with the code on it. If all else fails, the dealer can run the code from the Vin#. As long as the keypad is original the factory info will be correct.

Want to reset my number pad

Other than take it to a dealer to have the factory code pulled, the only place I know of that Ford lists the codes is on the module itself. Your LS control the remote keyless entry from the drivers door module which is located in the drivers door. You will have to remove the door panel to find it. I would take it to the dealer, from my experience the door module does not always have the number on it and the door panels are very easy to break when removing.
