I would have the rear axle cover removed,and look for a broken spider gear,or ring and pinion.this could be he problem,or a bearing in the rear end.

I would check the driveshaft. This is the most likely cause. Get on a flat surface with the engine off, wheels chalked, in nuetral, brake released. This will allow free movement of the axle. Shake it vigoruosly up down right left. Don't forget both front and rear. These joints usually have an 80 K mile life give or take. If any loosness is felt at all, that's your vibration.
