Question about 2001 Audi A4
Altogether car may be dealing with a cam chain tensioner that is loosing oil pressure when the car is standing. A loose cam belt tensioner can increase the noise . Get the oil pressure checked.Also check the timing chain.If its over stretched it may make noise while starting.
Also check the starter and its connections to battery.Also the alternator belt.
