Question about 2006 Kia Rio
Are you sure the seat belt isnt jamed in it? or something else ? if so you got to push in as you lift handle then pull out, thats what works with mine. if thats not the problem something probley broke or came loose going to have to remove door panel to fix , and yes its going to be a job and yes you will be cursing. got to push driver seat front back and back rest all the way down and all the way up to get to all the screws and or pop outs, personaly i dont know how yours comes off. but ive had the same problem with a couple of other cars ive owned.
