Sounds like you have a broken piston ring(no compession and blowback up the dipstick)the only answer is an engine rebuild.(bottom end.)

Oil pressure coming from dipstick

If you mean oil coming out of dipstick tube under pressure you have a major problem . The oil is not circulation around the engine and creating too much pressure. The pump is most likely still running but could have a blockage

My computer says i have 0% but my oil is full how do i reset the computer?

Make sure you have been topping up the engine oil and not one of the other oil related items like automatic transmission or power steering.

When you say 'full', you mean to the upper line on the dipstick? I knew a lady that filled the oil to the top of the filler cap on the camshaft cover!

The oil level dipstick is closest to the engine block and disappears into it and normally has a yellow handle. It is topped up from a removable cap on the camshaft cover on top of the engine.

Are you sure the 0% is relating to engine oil. I have not come across this before? Make model and year helps in questions relating to vehicles.

MY TATA INDIGO SOME DROPLETS OF OIL IS COMING OUT FROM OIL DIPSTICK PIPE IF I REMOVE DIPSTICK IN ENGINE IS IN START POSITION, WHAT MAY BE THE PROBLEM?

oil pumping out of the dipstick tube? you are getting pressure in the block from compression somewhere..bad rings usually cause this unless the pistons have issues..like tops burned through or broken by busted or stuck valves..

My Astra holden has 2 dipsticks one i know is for oil level the other just a /14 inch from the oil dipstick is my question , what is the second dipstick for??

Might you have an automatic transmission?
Automatic transmissions have their own dipstick.
I don't know about Aussies, but here in the states, transmission fluid has red die added to it to prevent your mixing them, and to tell you whether it is engine oil or transmission fluid that is leaking.
If you mix them by mistake, you must drain them and put in the correct fluid, or suffer ruining the engine or transmission, which ever one has the wrong fluid.
Your oil light should not be coming on. That is a different problem.
Oh, yes. There may be a dipstick on the power steering pump it you have power steering, but it should be really small. (short)

I HAVE FILLED MY ENGINE WITH OIL AND IT'S LIKE THE THE DIP STICK IS NOT SHOWING AS FILLED AND THE OIL INDICATOR LIGHT COMES ON W/ A DINGING INDICATOR SOUND COMES ON AS WELL? IS IT A BAD OIL PUMP?

No if you have filled the engine with (at least 5L) of oil it HAS to be showing a little on the dipstick. The indicator can come on with low oil pressure or sometimes they have a float in the oil pan indicating the vehicle is actually low on oil. I'm not sure where you put the oil into the engine or if the oil plug and filter were installed correctly, but the dipstick ONLY indicates the amount of oil actually in the oil pan. If its not on the dipstick then its not in the oil pan.

"Check Oil" warning light comes on at randum

Probably nothing whatsoever to do with you checking the dipstick. On the golf when the warning light flashes, you reset it by opening the bonnet. That is why you think that when you check the dipstick it resets, when in fact it was opening the bonnet. Check your bonnet switch

Oil pressure

sounds like your just low on oil. check the level of oil on the dipstick and make sure its within specifications. if your low, add oil untill it is at the full mark on the dipstick.
