Question about 2005 Ford Ranger
Not sure if your mechanic actually flush the gas tank. It would be adviseable to flush the fuel tank. It is easy. If your car is using electrical fuel system, all you need to do is to remove one porting from the fuel line towrads the engine and turn on the ignition without starting the engine. The fuel system will flow out and will dry your fuel tank. But carefully with no accident on fire. Then top up about two gallon of fuel in the tank until you are sure that the tank is clean. And at the engine side also do the same thing.
