Check the EGR and if it is bad then replace with authentic AC Delco OEM part because the aftermarket ones have weak springs in them.

Could be several things. Simplest fix would be to add a can of fuel injector cleaner to your fuel tank.

It sounds like the engine computer. Also check the resistance in the injectors and o-rings. O2 sensor and coolant temp sensor could give you a problem.

Starting car if doesnt catch the first time


if it's fuel injected you will cause yourself major headaches by giving it gas (flooding) so you should actually be able to start the car without touching the gas pedal

Tech Tip The IM grounds through the base of itself to the top of the bracket that it mounts to. Best to remove the module and clean the bracket and bottom of the module and see if the problem is gone
