Question about 2001 Mercedes-Benz C-Class
Hello! I suspect there is a resistive connection on the + battery cable and/or the - battery cable connections to the starter motor which are temperature sensitive...Using a digital volt meter (cost $25-30 if you do not have one)...Put the DC voltage scale on it's lowest setting...Place + probe on the center of the battery post...Place the - probe on the starter motor + connection...Must read no more than .03 volts...Perform the same test on the - battery post...With the - meter probe on the starter case...Must read less than .06 volts...If readings are incorrect the problem is as stated...And cables need to be replaced...

I have a c180 mersedes it was working fine now i go to get in it and it turns , all the lights light up , and go out as they should , but when turned fully to cranck it wont cranck , nothing no noise nothing , battery full leads to battery good and lead to earth on car good whats the next thing i should check anyone know why it wont cranck
