Question about 1998 Chrysler Town & Country
The thing that sucks is you can't disable the alarm. I had this same issue. Here is the link, you have to replace the actual board behind the dashboard, I don't know the names, sry! But I do know, you can solder them as well, that's what we did and it fixed it! Good luck!! Seems like a ton of ppl have this issue and it ends up costing you an arm and leg! http://ingriddijkers.com/CaravanPics.html

Our 1999 Town & Country would not start at all, not even a click. prior to that would start then die or alarm would turn on and stay on. An hour later unlocking and locking the back gate with the key disable the alarm just by pure luck. Just happened minutes ago. We did try many things over 2 days. Hope it works for all. Jose , Kissimmee FL.

Verify around the steering column, if you see a square black box with a big plug into it, disconect the plug and try to start the car.
