unless the car has a symptom of a dirty injector there is no service required.

unless you are messing up the alternator installations, then you have a bad short/ground in the head lites or starting circuit, most auto houses can tell you if your alt is charging, also when your battery is charged, unhook the neg cable- when you reinstall the cable check for excessive spark when the cable clamp touches the terminal....do you have any aftermarket items that are not properly fused?...good luck to you hope this helps

U will find that this is a repair at some time. the mil thickness of the clear is to low and the uv light is breaking down the base coat causing the clear to peel and the elements to penatrate to the primer.
Probaly looking at $350 to $600 depending whether they blend the color on the fenders for a good match
