unless you are messing up the alternator installations, then you have a bad short/ground in the head lites or starting circuit, most auto houses can tell you if your alt is charging, also when your battery is charged, unhook the neg cable- when you reinstall the cable check for excessive spark when the cable clamp touches the you have any aftermarket items that are not properly fused?...good luck to you hope this helps

SOURCE: The paint on the hood of 06 Chrysler 300 peeling

U will find that this is a repair at some time. the mil thickness of the clear is to low and the uv light is breaking down the base coat causing the clear to peel and the elements to penatrate to the primer.
Probaly looking at $350 to $600 depending whether they blend the color on the fenders for a good match

My 2006 300c starts sluggish and won't stay cranked; then the red gas light and the engine light stayed on. Now it won't crank at all.

Could be many things. Best would be to read codes for a hint. Stuck EGR, leaky fuel injectors, bad fuel pump (test with pressure gauge), bad coolant temp sender, bad crank sensor, bad ignition module/coil, others also.

I took my car to be diagnosed on the computer and it read that my 2001 chyrsler 300 m engine coolant temperture sensor is bad i need a diagram of where it is located

go to the autozone website and find temperature sensors for your car, then you will know what they look like. then go to their parts locator and that will show you where they are on the car, most likely screwed into a head on the engine.

note it most likely screws in and touches the coolant. so when you take the old one out, coolant will be coming out the hole until you screw the new one in. be ready for this and make sure it is still not hot, note the threads may be a plumbing type tapered thread so do not screw it in like a bolt.

Yesterday my check engine light came on my 2002 Chrysler, oil level is good but i noticed the coolant is rust colored. Could that be the cause of the check engine light? Will a flush clear the light?

No a flush wont clear the light. Look at the coolant to see if it actually rust, some coolants are this color now. The light came on for an emissions problem. Could be as simple as you did get the gas cap tight enough. Have the codes read and let me know. Most autoparts store will read them for free. Don't buy something untill you check the part out. Like an 02 sensor code can be caused by a vacuum leak at the engine. The sensor isnt bad, the leak is letting in to much air to fuel and causing the sensor to pop a code.

Most check engine lights will come on due to and emission problem. Stop by Advance Auto Parts and let them read the codes. It is probably a sensor.

This is sounding like a bad coolant temp sensor. Test it or replace it before you do anything else. Read this post on how to test an engine coolant temperature sensor

  • The engine coolant temperature sensor is not working properly
  • Damaged or leaking exhaust manifold / catalytic converter / exhaust pipe

  • The oxygen sensors in front and behind the converter are reporting too similar of readings

Yes this definatly can damage your vehicle, it can cause your head gaskets to blow, you engine to stop running, and some cases you will have no heat, replace the thermastate right away.
