What would cause lack of power going to the drivers window but let all the other switches in the control panel work?

Hi Kathryn:
Have you used a voltmeter to check the new control panel output? If there is no power to the drivers window, then the switching in the control panel may be defective. If there is output, then it should be getting to the window motor, and it should work unless it is defective, or possibly not grounded.
Hope this helps.

Subaru 2006 Tribeca B9 HVAC Transistor replacement

The central element is the auto A/C control module which gets its power through 15A fuse 7 and 7.5A fuse 31 in the fuse and relay box (F/B). The F/B also contains 15A fuse 22 which supplies power to the A/C control panel and the auto A/C control module. The main fuse box (M/B) supplies power to the 30A SBF HOLDER fuse and through it to the blower fan relay. The auto A/C control module Input from the A/C control panel is processed to produce output that closes the blower fan relay and turns on the blower fan motor at a speed determined by the blower fan controller. There you have it - not a transistor in the bunch!

I want to put after market flexlite radiator and fans in my 1989 iroc. 350 can I bypass factory wiring ? And use after market?

You could, but if you do that, no matter what, always add a fused circuit. All the circuit would have to be is a thermostat, a connection to the battery, the fan, and a fuse, but always have the fuse.

No air or heat blowing from vents

if the fan is blowing this could be a problem with the climate controll switch that changes the direction of air from floor to defrost to vents, some are vacuum controlled through a vacuum operated mechanism that opens and closes a door in the vents which redirects the air to different places.
