Inside your instrument fuse panel look for fuse #31 which powers up the light control module and the main light switch, also while there be sure and check fuses 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9 to be sure they're not blown.

SOURCE: turn signals lights don't work
well you need to test for power on the circuit that the turn signals are on, youll need a diagram of the circuit/harness and a multi-meter with the probe attachments that pierce the wire, start at the begging and work back to the lights, when you lose power you find your break in the circuit.
the method you would be using is voltage drop testing. and u can search it for more details on the process

in new cars, especially premium ones have digital circuits for signals and flashers. they are seperate on BMW for instance. if only flasher is problematic reason can be the switch itself.
