Replace your window motor. It is to the point that it can no longer put your window up all the way. Hope this helps.

My driver's window wont go up???!

one excellent tip for anyone with electric windows. always wind the window down to the last. the reason is if someone is leaning on the window talking to you it puts strain on the rails causing the window to go up crooked or even stick on the way up. also check the plug between the door and the car as if they come loose it wont work.

The passenger window wont roll up or down. I have

the window is off of the track, or the arm broke. you can try to do it yourself. pull the door panel off (may be some bolts near the arm rest and handle, but the rest are clips). from there, you should be able to see if it's on the track or not, and the condition of the arm. if the arm is broken, you might want to take it in.
