The ground to the test light is not a good ground, you might have to remove a little paint to get good contact.

Click on the link, check fuse f13--20 amp. Not only check the fuse, check the fuse circuit for voltage, use a test lite, hot all the time.
You have to test when problem is ongoing. The fuse is for brake lamps.
At the moment, I don't know if trouble shooting one system will fix the rest? With multiple issues, I pick one system and trouble shoot.

ABS and air bag warming lights are On. The turn sigal lightswill work.

I think this is the same as a '94-

Try the rear windshield wiper. It is likely on the same fuse with the airbag, if the fuse is blown, the light will come on.

Check with Crysler/Dodge for a recall. There was one that affected caravans about that vintage for a short that develops in the rear windshield wiper that blows the fuse and lights the airbag warning light.

Windshield wipers dont work 2001 audi tt

most likely the wiper signal arm itself if you have tilt wheel over time the wires stretch wear and break causing a short otherwise have a test light handy and with the wipers on position check for power at the wiper ,motor if none is present its the switch if it is present its the motor

How do I change out headlight bulb on 91 olds cutlass cierra

Behind the headlight, you should see the nylon bulb holder. Turn it counter clockwise, about a 1/4 turn, and it should come out. Pull the old bulb straight out, and replace it with the new one. Don't touch the glass part of the new bulb with bare fingers, or you'll be replacing it again. Use cotton gloves or a paper towel. Put the holder back in the headlight, turn it clockwise until it locks.

94' Jeep Cherokee Conutry 2wd Dash lights not working

try replacing the ignition switch(not the ignition lock[where the key goes]).it will probably be located on top of the steering column , towards the bottom.but before going through with this make sure the connectors to the switch are fully plugged in.

Hood will not open

NAPA will replace the wipers for you as for the hood not opening while you are pulling on the lever have someone else push down lightly on the hood and once you get it opened then before closing it again spray either WD-40 or some white lithum grease on the hood latch and lever mechanism and this should keep it from sticking next time
