I would check your intake gasket. Get your self ome carb cleaner in a spray form/can and perfrom this test. Run the car and spray the carb cleaner on your intake gasket which is right by your injectors. So pretty nuch spray it at the injector rail and listen fot change in idle, If the idle changes, the intake gasket is torn and you are running lean, because of a vaccum leak. Common problem on your model car. Perform test and let me know what you find.

Yes I know, but If you hold the accelerator pedal to the floor on a fuel injected car, the Throttle position sensor will tell the computer to enter clear flood mode. Then the computer will shut off the fuel injectors while you have the pedal to the floor. If it is flooded, you should be able to get it started in clear flood.

Ther e is a chance your injectors are leakin g down and there is excess fuel in the cylinders. Not a good thing. So, you fuel pressure and injectors need chkg. good luck

You didn't say if you were looking for inner/outer or for one side or both so I'm going to give you inner and outer for both sides, because you should get them both done if you have one done. For the inner tie rod you should look to pay $200-350 and for the outer tie rods you should look to pay $175-275. Check out this website http://repairpal.com/. You better not be driving your car overheating like that and shutting off on you! It sounds like you've most likely lost all your coolant due to a leak of some sort, and your engine is overheating. I would take the vehicle to a shop make sure you don't have some kind of major coolant leak. They'll also want to do a "block-check", which is a fluid that can detect combustion vapors in the coolant, that would indicate you've blown a head gasket due to overheating. It's very bad for an engine to run without coolant, even for 10 minutes. I'd have the vehicle towed in unless the shop is right around the corner. If you'd like to check your coolant level yourself, make sure the engine is cold or at least the vehicle has been off for an hour. Checking the overflow tank level may not be good enough. You'll have to remove the radiator cap and determine if you've got any coolant in the radiator. If not use either regular pre-mixed green coolant, or if you have non pre-mixed dilute it to a 50/50 ratio coolant and water. I wouldn't continue to drive your van with it acting up like it has until you can get it checked out.
