Master or slave cylinders are probably leaking. If you don't see the leaking fluid try removing the rubber boots on the end of the cylinders, I've had them trap the fluid so that it doesn't show.

The reservoir over the master cylinder should be losing fluid if either master or slave are leaking.

You probably have a week slave cylinder that actuates the Hydraulic clutch and it is time to replace it!

What could be the problem for my exhaust brakes from stopping to work on my toyota dyna 1995?

The reason that exhaust brakes on trucks don't work is that the lever for the flap in the manifold is rusted and stuck. It may be that the cylinder that activates the lever is not serviceable or that it is not getting air/vacuum/power to work. Check the switch at the accelerator and the switch in the dash/steering column is operational

Calibers locking up on 94 toy pickup

go to the rear of the vehicle and look just above the rear end, there is a load sensing porpotioning valve up there, there is a rod that connects the rod to the top of the rear end, if you have raised or lowered the vehicle than that rod needs to be adjusted,

the valve simply diverts fluid to and from the rear brakes depending on rear vehicle ride height, this is for proper stopping ability when the vehicle is loaded down or when it nose dives from a hard stop.

let me know if this helps
