SOURCE: Remove driver's-side mirror on 2003 Pontiac Bonneville

Remove the small triangle panel in the corner of the window, one clip. then to remove all of the door panel you can pry starting at the bottom and work to the sides. once all push clips are off. (they really sound bad when they come loose, but that is normal.) push the panel up to remove the last two holders behind the door handle. You will have to remove these later with a needle nose pliers and slide them back on the door panel before you reinstall. remove elect from block and remove the Three screws holding the mirror. they are 10MM I think. and the mirror will practicly fall our. Or just hit something with it like my wife does and they come off pritty easy.

The arm rest, and inside door handle trim have phillips retainer screws...both the arm rest, and door handle trim need to be removed before the door panel can be pryed up from the bottom...white plastic push in clips secure the panel...after all have been popped loose...you should be able to lift the door panel up at the window to remove...be sure to look for insulation liners that should be taped back into position before re-assembling...the push in plastic clips are also available at your parts store..."Help Parts" for GM models...Hope this helps:)

2003 bonneville licence plate bulb replacement

You need to remove the trunk lid liner and then you will see the connector which twists out. The bulb is normally capless and 5 watts.

HOWEVER, Pontiac do it completely different. This a Monte Carlo, but I reckon it will be the same.

How do I fix the brake light on a 1997 Buick LeSaber.

I just did a 97 Regal yesterday and yes you are correct...the strip must be removed to gain access...depending on model you may have to remove the cushioning panel (piece of upholstery panel) on the inside of trunk lid...follow this video URL as it explains the removal better in video form than written..basically remove the 7 10mm nuts holding panel on, lower trunk lid a little and wiggle panel off, twist socket and remove to gain bulb access..install is reverse procedure ...Regal, Century and LeSabre are all same idea/setup Tail Light Change 1997 2005 Buick Century 2004 Buick Century Custom 3 1L V6

Replace rear turn signal bulb on 1996 cadilac

Hello; To change bulbs remove the cover in the trunk (pull it away) Remove the nut's/wing nuts and the assembly will come out. If you ever have to change any of bulbs that are on the deck lid you will need to remove the covering on the inside of the deck lid, remove the assembly and change the bulb.

How to take off a gas tank on a 2001 Pontiac Bonneville. If have Manuel please send

disco nnect the battery, ground side first then positive. if there is a shield on the exhaust next to tank, remove that. on the back side of the tank you will see the 2 main hoses where the gas goes in, use a 8 mm to remove the 2 clamps out of the way. pry the 2 hoses off the tank. remove the 2 straps that hold the tank, 13 or 15mm bolts. only 2 of them. make sure the tank is supported before moving the straps. slowly lower the tank just enough to see the top of the tank. remove the 2 wire connectors. then disconnect the 3 plastic hoses. careful not to break them. squeeze the tabs and pull the off. don't need a lot of force. once off, then lower the tank rest of the way. may have to lower one side first to clear the rear axle. that should be it, step by step. take your time if your not use a real lift. will be a pain in the ****. best of luck.

2003 saturn ion-release does not work for trunk release

If only the trunk release is not working, did you check to see if the little lever arm switch on the trunk lid at the latch assembly is switched to enable the release? Mine came switched to the 'Off' position when I bought it and it took me a few days to figure that one out.

Trunk wont open where is emergency switch inside trunk

I had the same problem as you. Take out the back seat and there is a large access hole to the interior. There are two bolts that are fairly easy to get to. Remove them and the truck latch is removed from the lid and trunk will open.
