As i recall there should be a hole under the arm rest right were it connects to the seat should be 1 big bolt take it out and put back after you put on covers. you have to stick your finger in the hole to find the bolt

I just bought a 99 voyager. the lifters are taping pretty good on the back 3 cyl. what is the easiest way to fix this?

This may not be so easy, you will need to remove the valve cover and check to see if its abad rocker arm or worn pushrod or if its a lifter , you will need to check each cylinder, spin engine to make one valve open and check for play in the other, this way if the intake valve is open that means the exhaust valve it closed and theres no pressure on the pushrod or lifter and if that is loose you will need to look at the rocker and push rod to see whats bad, you will do this to each cylinder to check all lifters and rockers, good day.

Were is the fuse for the horn on a 1999 plymouth voyager van

Power Distribution Center (PDC)

Power Distribution Center (PDC) (1997-2000)

The picture shows the horn relay is the second row down on the left and side of the Power Distribution Center (but the diagram didn't transfer over to fixya.com).
I would use a fuse tester to test the rest of the fuses in the PDC.

My electric window on the drivers side and the rear vent window do not operate. Can this be a defective master module on the drivers side door.

It is USUSALLY just the rocker switch in the door there. Water drips on it when window is open during wet weather. This causes the contacts under that switch to corrode. Those are simple an easy to replace. Pop off the inside door panel (screw under the inside door latch handle, 2 or 3 screws under the arm rest - then plastci pop screws all around the sides and bottom. these can just pull out. Then it lifts off the top ledge. turn it and you'll see the switch still attached to the panel. try cleaning - will probably need replacement.

After replacing the wiper motor and linkage bushings on my Grand Voyager SE, the wiper arms stop in the straight up position when ''at rest''. Help please

Remove the arms, and place them back on where they need to go,do not turn the wipers on,do this as they set now.If the wiper blades when turned on go off the left side of the windshield ,then you will have to remove everything again, and move the wipers down in the rest position, and align everything up to the rest position, with the wipers at rest, and the motor at rest.

1999 plymouth voyager front windshield wipers not working proper

Sure pull the cover off the arm at the base(by the bottom of the windshiel) under that you will find a bolt. Unbolt the arm and pull it off then adjust both arms so that they do not entangle at the high point. You can turn on the wipers and when they reach the high end quickly shut off ignition they will stop at this position so you can adjust them, This is what we would do at the shop for about 200 bucks. Take your time and be sure to tighten everything up when you're don and you will do great. Have fun.
