Hi you are saying your passenger seat does not go forward ? is it electric or manual? that are 4 screws at the end of each track on the bottom of the seat,if you remove them the seat will come out and you can easy get to the bottom and check the springs and levers if it is a manual seat or the motors if it is electric in this case before you remove the seat check your fuses as it may be that one fuse is burned and that is no power going the the motors hope this help you

Before you replace anything, inspect the connector pins in both the driver's door switch and the passenger door switch. If you don't find any problem with these connector pins, replace the driver's door control switch.

Rear passenger seat belt stuck forward. any way

Probably not you can try to get it to pull back in by pulling on it but of course i am sure you have tried this. The belt will need to be replaced. If you would like contact me and i will get you a good deal on the belt and installation instructions if you are wanting to do the repair yourself.

Thanks,

Chris

Passenger seat back will not move either direction

Motor on the seat may have gone out, contacts in switch got dirty or worn, or assembly reached limit and stuck. Try sitting in it pushing back hard and adjust. If not youll need to replace switch,b take seat apart to fix or replace.

1999 volvo s80 passenger seat stuck in forward position

you will need to check to make sure no coins fell into the track and is jammed it if not you will need to replace the bottom frame of the seat possible with a junk yard one much cheaper than buying new and junkyard frames come complete.
