If an injector was bad,as you put it, there would tend to be a constant effect of an injector problem.
That being a rich or lean O2 Sensor on that bank.

So you need to look at scan tool data or put a scope on injectors,O2 sensors,TPS etc, depending on how technical you want to get.

All COP Coil ignition fords, have constant issues. May have a bad coil or two.

You didn't mention a MIL Lamp or wrench on the dash or codes pulled!

Ran okey until you had work done on it?

High low idle, rough idle stalling

If it's surging, make sure your radiator is full. Do a tune up, plugs, wires, etc. Put some fuel injector cleaner in your fuel tank. On a cold start the vehicle compensates for being cold by adding fuel. Once it warms up the computer tells it to quit adding extra fuel. If it is a bad sensor of sorts, check engine light should come on.

I don't think it's a fuel problem. Sounds more like spark. Change plugs and wires, and possibly the coil pack. Also could be idle control sensor.

1996 Chev Cavalier chugging and stalling running rough idle

Bad injectors causing the vehicle to run poorly can cause other damages to sensors etc. Buy a code reader and check the codes.

Isn't it fuel injected? More likely:
Pull plug wires one at a time, the one that has no effect isn't firing. Bad plug or wire.
