Without checking it myself, could be fuel pump, ignition (spark to spark plugs) or timing belt.

    That happen to also and come to find out tht it was my timing belt ....i have 2001 daewoo leganza

I have a two-volume repair manual for the 2001 Daewoo Leganza. Timing should be set at 6 degrees before top dead center. Hope this helps.

replace it. that 60000 mile mark is the accepted time to replace a timing belt.No matter how little you drive, if it goes whil driving, you are looking at major engine damage.

Replace the valve cover gasket. On mine, the valve cover was warped and I had to get a replacement from the salvage yard to stop the leak

Car shakes when started and once in drive does not have any power and shifts improperly, smells like something is burning too.


you need to have an oil change for your transmission, while at it you should clean the strainer or filter inside.
