Try giving the GM dealer the VIN to see if a code is available. There's usually a bypass.

Can anyone tell me what Diagnostic OBD Code P2238 meens for a 2004 Toyota Camry?

Most of the codes for those readers are not in the book/manual. Only the common ones are. You can search online at the readers website or just enter the code number and usually you cna find the issue easily. I don't even know where my book is anymore. I just plug it in and then hop online. its so much faster.
You can buy a new one:

It's called 'The seven year itch', just a year late. You just don't ring your car's chimes anymore.

2004 Pontiac grand prix gtp won't start- fully

You need a new starter solenoid. It is essentially a heavy duty remote switch that is activated by your ignition key switch. The solenoids get stuck or don't conduct well after 6 to10 years.

You would need to call the dealership with all of your information for the vehicle with you. They can tell you the code to do so.

Need the securtiy number for a ford freestart 2004 ltd serial number is2FMDA582X4BA80232

The radio SERIAL NUMBER is required for a code
Sometimes pressing buttons 6 & 1 together or 6 & 2 will display your Serial Number Otherwise remove the radio from the dashboard and post the SERIAL NUMBER found on a label on the casing
It usually begins with M++++++ or V++++++ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Securtiy light is on and the jeep wont run

Try locking and unlocking the drivers side door using the key. If the system is OK and just needs re-setting, this often will do that.

You will have to have it reset with a scan tool. Disconnecting the battery won't do it anymore. Go over to a parts store that has a scan tool and ask them to scan it for you and tell them to clear the code. It probably set a fuel evaporative leak large code.
