My key in my 2007 chevy cobalt will not come out of the ignition. the car will turn off and start but the key wont go back all the way to pull out

You will have to get the ignition cylinder removed and then take it to the dealership and they will rebuild the cylinder and recode it to your key.You might have to do a relearn after the cylinder is reinstalled.Hope this helps.Let me know if you have any more questions.Good luck.

2006 chevy cobalt. the key will not come out of

If the wheel is turned in either direction, pull the whell in that direction and try getting the key out. If that doesn't do it, try shifting the automatic transmission from Park back to drive, and then to park again to disengage the interlock.
