STEP 1: 14 FtLbs STEP 2: 29 FtLbs STEP 3: 36 FtLbs STEP 4: LONG Bolts Loosen 3 Turns - re-torque to 33FtLbs STEP 4: SHORT Bolts Loosen 3 Turns - re-torque to 19FtLbs STEP 5: ALL Bolts +180deg turn
