White smoke out the exhaust is usually a sign of coolant (Antifreeze) leaking into the cylinders through a blown head gasket, a cracked cylinder head, and even a cracked intake manifold. The coolant leaking into the cylinders can cause the spark plugs not to work correctly causing a miss. Is it overheating? Do you notice a drop in coolant level?

Its not overheating , nor is it droping in level. Checked for codes and not a single one is showing no dummy lights NOTHING, just crazy. The heads have done previous to me owning it,. The FICM had been done 2 yrs ago when I first got the truck.

The EGR valve was 3000$ to replace? my husband actually cleaned it and it is running better now, but not 100% still. So I figured next step was to replace. But man 3 grand thats nuts!

Have you checked youre water level? White smoke can indicate water. May be headgasket. I would also dble check valv clearances and timing for tge rough running. 180° out of timing may be the rough running too.Just go through top to bottom your work. could be wires not in correct position.

White smoke came from the exhaust pipe and the car killed in motion. I check all fluid levels were fine, once i started the care again and proceeded the accleration was a bit rough. After a few minute

white smoke mostly is caused by over fueling so what i suggest you do is first of all check if there is no leak on the injectors and if there is none which means your valve sterm seals are damaged. When the head gasket is blown out you may have problems like :-loosing power when driving, over heating, idling problems and oil mixing with water, its not your head gasket.

i would check all the basics like spark plugs and check for vacuum leaks around the intake manifold. With a can of 2+2 carb cleaner while engine is running --if idle goes up or down that is were your leak is--
check egr too, Lee

If you are sure it is white smoke and the car overheats or looses water,The head gasket is bad.
Or It's valve seals or rings smokes (but the smoke would have a blueish tint)

Find the EGR valve and underneath the valve there are holes, with the engine running try to open the valve by using a scredriver, the engine should die. do it a few times to clean the valve.
