1990 Honda Accord EX manual transmission sticks in 5th gear, if i come off an exit ramp at low speed or stop the transmission sticks in fifth gear and almost impossible to pull it out of fifth gear however...

I would check to see if the fluid is low, and replace it with Honda manual transmission fluid first. Honda manual transmissions originally used engine oil, never gear oil, then Honda came out with manual trans fluid. Either would work, but the Honda manual fluid would be better.

My motor will not crank. i have full power but the motor does not budge i only hear the starter screaming i looked in my exhaust side of the head and my valves look find. the car just turned off on me...

Starter screaming-not engaging fly wheel
Valves look fine-leave them alone
5th gear car turned off-fuel system, ignition system, emissions
control system, quite a bit can go wrong here. I would seek
professional help.

You are probably going to need a syncro on third gear, trans has to come out and be taken apart.

Electrical problem- horn and stop light fuse keeps blowing

With the fuse blowing like that very likely you have short to ground that is one of the wires to the horn or stop lights is making contact with the body of the car.
As for the gear problem, there is a solenoid that is responsible for unlocking the gear shifter when you step on the brake with the key on the run position even if not running.

I cant get into gear at all on my 98 honda civic. whats wrong??

inside the hood there are two clips holding the shiftting cable you may have lost them. you may want to check the driveshafts because one of them might have poped out.

96 Civic shudders & kicks back in 5th gear

this one has a cable and not full electronic control so it could be the path on the unit where the throtte cable connects to manifold or the air flow meter ,could be an HT lead or plug playing up as well .Best bet is to take to dealers for product type mechanic rather than a general cowboy like myself ,these product glory boys will have more practical experiance on one brand than someone like myself who will tackle anything from a big rig to a outboard engine.
