Misfire on one cylinder after warmup

sounds like it's time for major engine repair. Low compression is a telltale sign of mechanical damage. usual suspects are worn piston rings, failing head gasket, burnt valves. early diagnosis and repair will prevent catastrophic failure later. fix it now for less before the problem gets worse.

How do i change a cracked cylinder head in a 1994 honda civic ex coupe 1.6L engine?

Have a compression test done as it may be a head gasket and not cracked. Anyway the cheapest and most reliable procedure here is to have the job done professionally by a shop that specialises in Honda, Get a service exchange head is the answer and you should be back on the road in a day.

Need to verify the timing marks on my honda civic engine i've lined them up like it shows but the engine still turns over like it has no compression after timing the belt the cam gear has the 3 lines on it...

most honda do have interference fit engines so there is that possibility of valve damage. try a compression test on all cylinders. compare readings and note any low compression or large variations from each cylinder. Make sure to disable fuel and ignition systems by pulling the corresponding fuses. Good luck
