2003 pathfinder. when i start the engine, indicators on dash board will not come off, what could be the reason? (battery, break and oil lights stays on)

Start by checking the fuses and then wiring under the dash. A shorted wire could also cause this problem. Or the instrument cluster is bad.

It illuminates signs in dushboard.what could be the problems

first check your battery and cables... a dying battery and/ or corroded, loose cables may be the cause all those problems

If you don't have the owner's manual, you can get a PDF file of it from a USA ford website: Google search 2005 ford focus owners manual

The battery light means bad battery, alternator, or wires

Oil light means low oil level, bad oil sensor or bad wire to sensor

Abs light, check brakes or wiring to speed sensors or abs computer

Orange check engine light, a sensor or other electrical part has failed or wire broken to that sensor. You will need an obd2 scanner to find out trouble codes!

But, if ALL OF THE LIGHTS ARE ON while car is running, you really need to check and make sure the battery and charging system is OK FIRST

The dash board shows me an indication of SRS that has refused to go off.

SRS is Safety Restrain System or Air bag system. There is a problem and it will not go off until the problem is fixed. A repair shop or dealer will be able to assist you.

Abs light in dash board

abs stands for anti binding system or anti blocking system this is the cadence breaking system that reduces skidding if you break hard. this indicates that it is not working.

you can still drive your car but may be indicating an further problem and may lead to a further alarm of the breaking system.

I would visit your dealer or qualified macanic for advise.

i hope this was helpful.

Have a 1995 gmc pickup brake light indicator on dash board came on and is staying on checked brake fluid level is full what would be the problem

Try checking to make sure your parking break is all the way up. I have a 97 suburban and every now and then someone brushes the parking break pedal just enough to make the light come on.

Hello I saw the break alert light lit on my

Usually when th fluid level low light comes on, it is because the fluid is ging to the front calipers to fill the pistons that push the brake pads against the rotors. This is because the pads are worn down and probably need replacing.

As for the 3 beeps, it is not related to the brakes.

if it is 5 beeps, it is the air bag or pretensioner.

When the ignition is cycled (turned off and then on), the air bag indicator will remain lit for six seconds and then go out. If an SRS fault exists, the air bag indicator will then flash the two-digit LFC. The air bag indicator will flash the LFC five times, then it will remain illuminated for the rest of the key cycle. The RCM will also communicate the current and historical DTCs through the data link connector (DLC), using the scan tool. If the air bag indicator does not function, and the system detects a fault condition, the RCM will signal the GEM to activate an audible chime. The chime is a series of five sets of five tone bursts. If the chime is heard, the SRS and the air bag indicator require repair.
