Do you have a MIL Lamp lite in the dash. May look like a wrench symbol.

If so, have a shop check for a code.

Can not diagnose without vehicle, would just be quessing.

Gave codes to local dealership who said they could not mimic the codes, and could not find anything wrong with the vehicle. Said to bring it back when error codes returned. So far the have not returned, but still having same issues.

I'am not a fan of dealers, that's a personal thing and 45 years of experience.
That said, they have the same ability to diagnose your issues as a local repair shop.
The one reason I don't care for a dealer, is they never find anything, unless they pitch you, all kinds of preventative maintainance services, which in most cases, most people neglect and need.
Only then, do they start to diagnose, why you brought it to them in the first place.
Even without stored codes, you clearly stated the problem. I will bet they never even road tested it. Check you in and out milage, on your receipt.
If you have ongoing issues, why wouldn't any repair shop, want to keep the vehicle, and use it every time they went for parts, coffee etc.
There are scan tools and even 4 channel oscilloscopes, that can be hooked, to all sorts of sensors etc on your vehicle, and be used to collect freeze frame, live data and on and on.
Made my point.
IF, a shop wants to solve your problem, that is up todate with todays technology they can. May not be inexpensive on your end, but somebody will have to step up to the plate and face the challange, even if they give away billable hours.
I don't know what your problem is,but I know it's in the PCM data stream and believe, it is on the engine management side.

What happen when.a 2005 Dodge won't. Move out of park

This usually means that your "brake safety switch" is faulty or got disconnected. There's a switch that gets pressed on when you press the brake to tell the computer your brakes are applied so that the car doesn't lurch forward/backwards when you put it in gear. The switch is located at the top of the brake pedal and is easy and cheap to replace.

2002 Lincoln LSE 3.9L 124,000 MI. stalls after a stop or hard braking.

This may be a "sticky injector"

This would cause overfuelling - and a sudden rise in RPM. The ECU will see this and compensate - by shutting the injectors down lower - , which then stalls the vehicle.

Worth a try runnig cleaner through them.

Brake problems 1997 oldsmobile achieva

I would suggest you have the front disk brakes inspected for warped power disk brake rotors, that is the common cause. They can be machined flat again in most cases.

Jumps forward when brakes are applied at intersections when stopping Doesn't happen all the time.

I don't know if this would be considered a solution or not but in 2006 Ford implemented a new transmission (6 speed automatic) and they have and still have a lot of problems. It is fixed (helped may be more appropriate) by a computer upgrade done by the dealership. MY wife has had nothing but problems out of her 2006 limited ford explorer. The whole computer system had to be replaced at 32,000 miles and then they charged us to upgrade the new computer they put into the car. It's almost comical at this point. The transmission problem has been solved for the most part on our vehichle but it took several ford computer updates. I hope this helps!
