check the ignition switch wiring, located under the dash panel connected to the electrical portion of the ignition switch not the key switch. my best guess is wires burnt.

Probably the wiper arms are rusted,,open the engine,take our the wiper arms and oil them a bit, should help i believe. Cheers. Tamer

I just pulled out every fuse one by one to see if they were broken and I found one that was broken and replaced it and now my windshield wipers work.
