Question about 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee
Hi, The hand brake is adjusted under the vehicle, just in front of the rearend. It's a cable that splits into a "Y"; you will be able to see the nut you need to tighten. But be warned that these nuts are usually rusted up real good, so it's a good idea to spray the nut and threaded rod for several days before trying to attempt to make any adjustments. If the threaded rod breaks or the nut stripps out then you have to "replace" the entire hand brake cable assembly.
