I have seen springs pop where they spread up. They pop on the mounting surface. Can usually get it to happen just by jacking that corner up. Make sure you jack it so the springs will get longer.

Drivers side (under the hood) by the empty battery tray. The inside large one is the ecm. There are tiny red clips that get pushed back first. Then about the center you push in and the whole clip rotates and then the whole thing comes of the ecm. Bottom one is the same. Unit clips in top tabs. Lift them slightly and remove ecm

sounds like a vacuum leak somewhere. vacuum controls the mechanics of the system. have you had any after market alarms or stereos installed? they mess things up and stuff gets unplugged when they install stuff and do not know when they put it back together

The drivers side heater control does not work. It blows cold air no matter what position the control is in. What is the problem? The passenger side works fine.

try to pop off the panel to the dash and follow the vent sounds like it has become disconnected somewhere and cold air coming from outside somewhere on firewall also check the heater core see if it is blocked by something like disconnected line

Check movement of vent doors on that side. Sounds like they aren't moving over as they should. (Or hose fell off on passenger side.)

If this problem is related to your repair i would be checking for a pinched wire somewhere. Try another scanner. Check to see if you popped a fuse. There are crash sensors in front. Make sure you didnt unplg one.

Pop the master switch out, and check all connections, wiggle it push, rub it, whatever you need to do. If that fails, youre in for a new master switch *the whole thing*

Hi I'm not to clued up on 2004 silverado 1500 LT crew cab, obviously you'll check the fuse box & even replace the fuse wouldn't hurt giving it a try. Also try checking the electric motor for the seat. No cables lose or broken? Nothing jamming the seat? Is there any sound at all coming from the area where all the electrics are under the seat? Can you hear a motor straining?Just a few thoughts. Good luck

THIS IS NORMAL noise for your truck. carbon buildup on pistons causes a cold start knock until warms up. you can run some top engine cleaner thru engine to help. but noise is nothing to affect life of engine
