Has anyone ever had water in the reservoir of an radiator mixed with oil in a 4 cyclinder 1998 saturn engine I had the head gasket changed and everything flushed but now I see water in the radiator.

Oil in the cooling system can come from two places. First is the head gasket or from a crack in the cylinder head. Could be residue from previous failure...If so, cleaning it out should get rid of it.
If your engine oil has any coolant in it or you are overheating or loosing coolant, though the job was just done, head could be cracked or warped. Second place oil can come from is the transmission cooler in the radiator. (automatic trans only) If it fails trans fluid (oil) will get into the cooling system. That oil is red in color and usually easily identified. Only way to fix that is to replace the radiator, but be sure it's that before buying one.

Oil leaking into sparkplug wells

oil on the spark plugs means either you have bad valve seals or bad rings. Valve seals are fairly cheap and easy to replace. Bad rings requires a full rebuild of the motor.
Also, did you over heat this vehicle?

Oil in my cooling system but no coolant in my oil not coming through my radiator cause the car is manual

Probably an intake or head gasket leaking a bit. If there is no great amount of oil, i wouldn't worry too hard about it, but if there is a lot it's going to have to be fixed. Check your intake bolts, and make sure they're all tight.

Can't get plastic cover off headlight

As far as I know (based on my 1996 model) you don't remove the cover. The lamp comes out with its socket from behind, under the hood. Twist the socket to release it from the housing, pull it out, replace the lamp and put it back. It's just a bit of a pain to get at. You might try calling your local Saturn dealer's service department to check for sure if your model has changed a lot from my '96.

(I liked my car. But the timing chain slipped and trashed the engine. Make sure to keep checking your oil!)

1995 saturn wagon

You have likely blown a head gasket. Do not start the engine or drive the car. Have this checked by a competent shop. Depending upon how long this condition has existed and how much you drove it, you may already have done serious damage to your engine.

Saturn sc1, oil leaking into antifreeze

We just went through the same thing on our 1997 SC1, replaced the head gasket and the oil in the coolant issue persisted.

Pulled a cylinder head out of a 1995 wagon and put it in, the problem has cleared up after a LOT of flushing with powered automatic dishwasher machine detergent and water. We also replaced the upper and lower radiator hoses, thermostat and water pump once the flushings were complete.

Flashing Coolant Light + 1

this sounds like you may need to replace your oil cooler and to empty your water tank just take the outlet pipe off and flush it out with a hose pipe and on the radiator there should be a bolt at the bottom to drain it I would drain it all and refill it and see if it does it again if so it could be your oil cooler if this car has one if it doesn't then it could also be a crack in your head.
