Before replacing power steering pump try replacing all of the fluid - it will probably look almost black in color. New fluid is almost clear. Removie a line on the power steering heat exchanger mounted on the cross brace under and behind the engine. Drain all the oil and then refill - with engine running turn steering wheel full to right and left to circulate the fluid - top off to the

you may have a pressure problem or the belt could be slipping,check the belt tension if the belt is tight you may have to have the pressure checked by qualified personnel......hope this helps.....cheers
