I have a nissan sentra .Car will not start, put car I nuetral to push wont move

the transmission linkage must not be putting car in neutral. depress the clutch and see if it will roll. that accomplished will rule out brakes dragging. neutral safety switch not satisfied therefore no start.

clutch safety switch bad. may be bad wire/fuse. shld be located on the clutch pedal normally kind of square to oblong box type switch abt inch and half can unplug it, and place a jumper wire in the plug terminals and if it starts then you know its the switch (note: it works the same as a nuetral safety switch on an automatic)

Can i bypass the nuetral safety switch?

If it is a manual transmission, yes. But not the safest thing to do,because it will start without clutch being pushed in. The switch is usually under the clutch pedal or up under the dash by the pedal. Just twist the 2 wires together and tape very good.

How do you bump start megane 1.9 dci new battery but will not turn over . can i tow then bump it?

if its a standard trans yes. put in second gear with the key on and clutch pushed in, when you reach about 5mph let the clutch out until it starts then place in nuetral with the park brake applied and disconnect from the tow vehicle

1995 cherokee 4wd trouble starting must move gear shifter several times before it will start

try starting it in nuetral. if it starts everytime then the shifting switch is going out. If nothing changes then maybe the ignition switch is going bad and just by chance it starts by wiggling the shifter.
If this is a manual trans maybe the nuetral safety switch on the clutch pedal is going out.

My dads 1999 Nissan Sentra GXE won't start

That sounds more like the starter solenoid. Was that changed along with the starter? If it wasn't, replace it.

Clutch problem I think

Sound like you may have cracked or broken the Clutch Master Cylinder or the plastic line that runs to the clutch slave which is mounted on the transmission. This causes the fluid to run out therefore you have not got enough fluid pushing the clutch pedal to make it work properly. Check your fluid level and see if its low. If it is, fill with fluid, pump the clutch and look for leaks.
