Question about 2001 Ford Windstar
The washer pump is not fused directly, the pump operates through a central module called the BCM (body control module), so if the power windows work and the wipers work the problem is not loss of power to the system, it is either a defective wiper switch (most common) or it is a defective washer pump motor. My experience? 35 years as a Ford dealer technician
