If the AC is not on when it leaks during the raining, AND you are SURE it is not the windshield....It can only be coming in from 1 of 2 other places...your firewall or the firewall break...Somewhere towards the center of the firewall, a rubber grommet is missing or torn or loose, allowing the water to enter...Or you have a leak along the firewall brrak area at the top ridge that goes from the drivers to passenger side in that vented looking area where the wiper and / or fresh air door for the AC is located.

Water in floorboard, drivers side.Have checked during rain, but no visual leak

I'd try pouring water harshly towards the windshield, (outside, of course). Next, do the same with driver's side door. If this fails, try again with a water hose. Remember, when it's raining, there's much pressure, especially if you're driving. I would really try to get water to leak into vehicle, it would be much easier with a friend's assistance. I hope this helps!

Why doi hear water in the dash on a 2004 chevy impala

That's the antifreeze entering and exiting the heater core, which is located behind the glove box of the dashboard. If there is sweet smell or antifreeze on the inside floor on the passenger side, you have a leak in the heater core.

Water leak driver floor board

A water leak under the dash could be the heater leaking near the glove box, or a windshield leak, or sometimes the drain tube for that area has gotten plugged up and needs to be cleared out. Most times a little blast of air pressure will do it.
Hope this helps.

My truck passger side floor is wet

Can you tell if the wetness is coolant/antifreeze or just water? If it is antifreeze/coolant then it is most likely caused by the heater core which is on the passensenter side of the vehicle. If it is fresh water, it is most likely caused by your drain (under the windshield) being clogged up and allowing the water from the drain to get into the fresh air intake and drain onto your floor boards.

Water leaking into passenger footwell .. focus 04.

Is it warm green or yellow water, antifreeze, as in a leaking heater core? Or is it cool dirty water as in rain water? If it is antifreeze you have a bad heater core, or a hose going to it needs tightening. If it is just water coming in during and after a rain you have a leak around your windshield or your fresh air inlet for your heater or drain for your A/C is leaking or collecting water. Often times the A/C drain has become plugged with **** and you can clean it out. Go to a ford dealer maintenance guy and ask them where the drain for the A/C is. Then check your drain opening.

Driver side fron and rear floorboard, after rain/ice/snow get just a bit of moisture in and under the floormats. After discovery (smelled mold) now I air our after wet periods. Can't find source but it is...

Check for a leaking windshield seal. Best way is to pull back carpet and drive thru a car wash, look for leaks near kick panels. also make sure a/c drain is clear, tube located on pass side under heater box

What is causing water to collect in my floorboard?

I think i may be able to help. First check to see if the water has a sweet smell. If so its antifreeze and your heater core "located under the dashboard on pasenger side" has failed. The antifreeze will leak out and drain to various plsces on floor. If the water is only water then chances are that one of your hood gaskets that suround the hood hinge support has failed. hope this helpes and good luck.

There is a water leak somewhere in my 98 toyota camry that leaks into my passenger side floor. There is no sun roof and no visible leaks from the windows or doors. Any thoughts? A/C leak maybe? I hope...

sounds like it may be a heater core check your radiator fluid to see if its full and see if the water inside is water or antifreeze if it is antifreeze its a heater core.

Wet under driver's side floor mat

Is there a sweet smell inside the car?Heater core leak I beleive would be on passenger side floor.Antifreeze will be sweet to the nose. Are you getting any white smoke out the tailpipe? would likely be head gasket leak.Put a piece of cardboard under the car near the radiator and under the motor to see where its leaking from .One thing Ive learned over the years is that its going somewhere. On the ground? Or out the tailpipe.
As for the floor board leak the 98 s were prone to have the defrost area in front of windshield collect water from being plugged up .Mine was passenger floorboard.Daughter resealed small oval vent (that defrosts /heats hood?) LOL .Its on pass. side under hood on cowl .I think this will take care of my problem but you may need to investigate under the dash/defrost area and drill and then install a drain line to bottom of defroster.Exit drain line to O/Side of .Also was it raining ? was car outside in rain .if so it could be this issue.Sorry so long ,hope you can make heads or tails of this.
