When braking down from Highway Speed their is a vibration in the brake peddle. Also the stablizer message come on several time when I'm driving down the highway.

You have warped the rotors. Hard braking and a heavy foot on the brake pedal at stops will do that. See a dealer for the other.

When I press on the brakes while driving, the steering wheel shakes. What causes this?

This can be from warped rotors in the brakes. If you had to slam the brakes recently you may have warped them! May also be uneven brake pads. Check both and if there is an issue with them replace right away to avoid any safety issues!

Every time i press on the brakes on highway, i get a bad shake. my car is a 2001 mitsub eclipse GT. changed tires, still no good, wondering if i warp the rotors?

Warped rotors on the frontwheels will cause the steering wheel to shake from side to side. You may also want to have the tie-rod ends checked.

Front end vibrates when braking at highway speeds

Most common cause for this is rotors that have become warped. It is not uncommon if you drive fast and brake hard OR live in hilly country or with heavy loads. The brakes get hot - the more they are used the hotter they may get. When they cool they do not cool evenly. If there is enough of the rotor left it may be resurfaced to true it. However - the thinner it gets the less heat it can handle. When rotors reach a minimum thickness (stamped on the rotor) they must be replaced.

For the past day, intermittently when I hit the brakes, it sounds like Im driving over a rumble strip found on the highways. It happens in the front, as far as I can tell, and its fairly loud. Ive looked...

are the tires showing steel ...could possibly be the bolts have loosened up on the brakes or the pads need replacing , could even be a wheel bearing you should have it look at or inspect it yourself for the obvious wear n tear things and i would jack it up and use jack stands for safety and see if the tires wiggle back n forth or up n down if so then its possibly a bearing or wheel joint

No, the stuff installed from the factory sometimes is junk. a good aftermarket set of rotors will prolong the life of them.
