Question about 1995 Lincoln Town Car
If you know for sure that 1 fuse controls it,pull it,however that's not likely because fuses usually control more,but if you have the owner's manual,take a look.If not,you have to locate the alarm module.It should have wires going to it.Cut the red one if it does but leave enough room on both sides of the cut wire to cover with electrical tape so it doesn't touch anything and cause problems.If the situation is different,please let me know and we'll figure something new out.Good luck!
