Get the proper flasher from the parts store and start searching under the dash for the one that clicks when the turn signals are operating.

94 isuzu pickup

i had the same problem with my 1994 rodeo. it is the turn signal switch itself that is bad, I was lucky enough to find the whole switch in a salvage yrad, and replace it, it did the trick, there is a little brass flapper that is supposed to make contact that gets corroded and won't make the contact. one might use dielectric pray into the opening of the switch arm first before you take the steering wheel off and disassemble it.
