Test the connections at the blower motor with a multimeter. If you're getting power replace the motor.

My blower does not blow air at all they say it was the blower

Needs to be properly diagnosed, it can be a fuse, it can be debris stuck in the wheel of the motor preventing it from turning. Pull it out and check it, sometimes kids stick the weirdest things into the vents. A jam would cause the blowr fuse to blow though. Some cases the actual motor does burn out. It can also be the head unit not switching, but that is less likely. It does not sound like a resistor because most resistors break in the high position. The first thing I would do is check for good ground and positive feed at the blower motor by turning the vechicle to the on position and the blower in the high position and with the blower connection disconnected, check to see if the blower is getting 12 volts from both the terminals. If they have voltage then check the bad blower for debris.

Usually means the blower motor resistor has failed, giving you only the high speed.

My 2002 Dodge Stratus A/C-Heater does not blow out any air

Most probably, the electrical resistor in the blower speed control is burned. You have to get to it and replace it with a porper part or, if posible, a higher power resistor of the same ohmic value. But pleasse check it first, as a burned blowr motor is possible but most times it is the resistor that failed. Most times, the resistor gathers some lint or dirt and looses the cooling efect from the air stream. overheats and burns gradually until it fails completely.

Dual climate control not working properly

mine done similar, blowr vents would come on and off as it chose randomly, it was the
Air Conditioning Power Module
Part No 20956 . located close to firewall on passenger side under glove box asiest way to replace is take glov box out, 6 to8 7 mm socketscrews, bottom panel comes down remove the bulb and temp sensor wire plugs, set out of the way, once you have remove glovebox (pll straight back} and set out of way, now you can ee it in behind another electrical plug, n\but oce you remove the top screw, you will need to turn and pull up, unplug the connections on the power module and out, replace, and plug back up. put top screw back in, and test, once you verify it works complete putting glove box, and screws, the panel and screws(don't forget to plug the light ana temp sens back tighten all bolts. ((seems like tkes long time by instructions, but in reality it only took abt 20 min out and back in running) part cost 159 @ advance, but if you order on line, and use code visa you get 50.00 off, cost me 103 and some change w/free delivery if visa code does'nt work ,use FABU that's for 40 dollars off. now all works well both side dual climate controls, and steering wheel controls too.

Yes I beleive it is the blowr relay.Check battery power wire(thick red) to relay with ignition off.Check ignition wire to relay with ignition on.Then check blower wire from the same relay going to the blower for power. You can also run a jumper wire from the battery straight to the blower motor. If it comes on its the relay thats bad.If it doesnt its the blower.(dont be surprised if you buy a new blower thats bad)

The blowre motor does not work and I'm trying to find the relay for for it so I can replace it. WHERE IS IT?HELP!!!

Fuse boxes are either under the hood with a plastic cover that has the fuses listed(including relays) or under the driver's side either mounted on the side or tucked in at top.Relays that are blown are not detected by looking at them like fuses, use an electric meter on continuity to check (wire probes on each contact you hear the tone Good, you Don't Bad.Good Luck.
