Question about 2003 Acura 3.2TL

1 Answer

My '03 acura tls fan motor quit working? There is a 7.5 amp fuse for the "cooling fan" , if that's it, but the fuse is fine. What else could be the problem. There hasn't been any prior noise leading up to this.

The "cooling fan" fuse is not what you are looking for. Look for a fuse labeled "blower". If the fuse is good, you need to check for voltage at the blower with the ignition switch in the ON position and the blower speed control on high.

I have a 1997 acura cl 3.0 everytime i turn off my car the cooling fan stays on for quite awhile

The cooling fan is controlled by a heat sensor and operates independently of the motor. When you turn off your Acura, the cooling fan continues to run until the sensor determines the tempurature has decreased enough to turn off the fan

Where do we find the fan & motor for the air & heater in a 1995 dodge ram 2500

The blower motor is located under the dash on the passengers side. Remove any panel under the dash to access it.

A/c fan motor was working, now nothing. Is there a fuse I can check?

There should be a 30 amp fuse in one of the fuse boxes in the engine compartment. Could also be a problem with the blower motor or the resistor.

My fan wont start? 1996 acura my two radiator fans wont turn on?

Will one fan come on when you turn the A/C on? This tells you the fan and wiring is OK, and the problem is in the temperature switch or the cooling fan fuse or relay. If the fan will not come on with the A/C, it could be that both fuses are bad, or the fan control module is bad. Makre sure you check all of the fuses #4 & #7 (probably inside the car) as well as 47, 50, and 56 (probably in the engine compartment fuse box). If you have more questions, please let me know.

Check to see if there is a fuse for the blower motor. Open up your fuse box and look on the cover for blower motor.
