Most likely the rubber mount is lost which holds the exhaust pipe after the catalytic convertor and it is touching the vehicle body now which creats this noise.

sounds like a loose plug in the door. also open the door and visually check the boot and wires coming out of the door. some times these wires corrode/white ask effect. clean with battery turminal cleaner spray from auto store.

you have to open the trunk take the carpet off right next to the very back of car undo the 3-4 plastic wing nuts take light off of car change bulb ......reinstall reverse of taking off
