the tcm is located in the fender well behind the bumper drivers side black box check the wiring for bad cannection,

its not a simple task .. you will need a lift .. remove the tires from front ..disconnect outer tierod ends.. inside remove the steering shaft bolt.. back under van for rest... remove the frame crash support.. its black metal... remove the evap canister.. remove the leak detection pump... its under rack... remove the lines ... catch the fluid... remove the three rack to frame bolts.. remove the roll pin that hold lower steering shaft to rack... to install just revers directions

with most front wheel drives you must remove the passenger tire and reach through to the starter bolt with an extension and if I remember write with a 15 mm socket you can reach through and take out the bolt

the tcm is located on the left frame rail in front of the left front tire behind the wheel well shield if you replace it the pinion factor must be program into it with a scan tool Ill try to send a picture...good luck
