You have a short. the reason the fuse pops is there is too much electrical flow there (look for chafed/exposed or grounded wires)

2009 Nissan Rouge AC stop blowing cold air. The fan blows but just not cold. The AC motor compressor seems not to turn on. Is there a fuse to check and where can I find it?

You are low on coolant. It needs to be recharged. The pump won't come on if it's low on coolant in order to protect the system as the coolant contains oil to lubricate the system. You can buy do it yourself recharge systems for relatively cheap or go to a shop.

Cadilac srx 2005 blowing even coil fuse 15a everytime you turn the switch on

That fuse also powers the even fuel injectors .
EVEN COILS Fuse
15A
Even Ignition Coils and Even Fuel Injectors.
I would tell you to disconnect the fuel injectors an install a new fuse to see it blows then , if not shorted injector . If still blows then disconnect all the even coils an install a new fuse , if it doesn't blow then hook up coils one at a time till it blows ! Shorted coil same for the injectors . If the fuse still blows with all the coils an injectors disconnected , there is a short in the main B+ circuit for those components .

My 02 passat is saying stop check coolant and when i check it there is either nothing in there or its blowing so much steam out i take the top off and the water is boiling out of the top and coming out of...

The coolant is not to be checked in the radiator but in the reservoir itself and is full in most cars when the fluid is up to the line that indicated temperature of the car. If the reservoir has no coolant in it and the radiator is boiling over the car should go back to the mechanic who installed the new container and question of why it was not done correctly asked- they either just threw parts at the car rather than checking it the right way and guessing only costs you money- make them fix it

Step by step proceedure to install a new pcm in 2001 aztek

A. Remove one 10mm bolt or push plug on the core support that holds the coolant overflow container. Pull over flow hose out of container careful that the coolant does not splash up in face. The coolant container is mounted on the crossbar with spring clips just pull up and it should come off.

B. Remove the two 10mm bolt for the crossbar that is on the core support. Then push the crossbar to the right side of the engine compartment just enough to remove the top cover of the air cleaner.

C. On the top of the air box cover remove the two 10mm bolts and underneath the cover is the ECM

You may not need a new TCM with any luck. I would try unhooking the battery for a few minutes to see if it will reset the TCM.
TCM = They Cost Much $. If you need to replace it you should be able to get one at a local parts house - avoid the dealership if you can. I wouldn't trust on-line stuff for this unless you know the source.
