Remove the head light (2 bolts on top edge of light) to gain access to the back side mounting nut on turn siganal lamp, remove the nut and then remove the mounting screw on the outside of the signal light, remove the bulb socket and remove light.

WHERE IS THE BLINKER HAZARD RELAY SWITCH ACURA RL

Open either the driver's or passenger's side front door. The ends of the dashboard the but-up to the door when their closed should have a plastic cover/door that can be pulled out. Behind that cover should be a fuse box that might have the flasher unit.

Check the fuse for it on the fuse panel, the cover usually has a sticker indicating the purpose of each fuse, if that isnt the problem then check your wiring and blinker light female and male end plugs

When trying to replace the front driver side blinker the bulb slipped and fell into the blinker casing. The only way to retieve the bulb is to remove the blinker casing/cover but we can not figure out how....

try wrapping duct tape on the end of a flexible wire or toll see it you can stick it and get it. there is a flexible tool at auto stores that is about 2 feet long push down on handle and metal finger come out release handle it grabs object and holds on to it

My signal light wont blink but it comes on, how do i change it or where to start to fix the problem

My first thought: burned out bulb.
With the car in "run" position(doesnt need to be running) and parked, switch on the blinker and get out and look to see which light is on, and which is not.
If somehow both blinker lights come on, then your issue is with a burned out blinker relay which is typically found up, under, the dash. These things are about 1-1/4 inches in diameter and about a 1-1/4 inches tall and will usually be found in or near the fuse panels.

If it's a bulb thats fried....
front end - check under the hood to see if blinker bulbs are accessible from there. If not from inside, you'll hafta remove the light covers/housings from the outside, usually requiring a philips or torx screwdriver of some sort.
back end - these are likely accessible from the trunk, and hidden behind the carpeting, or something, that covers the rear light areas. If not directly accessible, then you'll hafta determine how to remove the bulb covers/housing to get at the dead bulb.

Changing out Front Blinker bulb

I didn't realize how simple it was:

take out the ONE screw in the blinker cover.
pull it from the connector.
twist out the black cover around the bulb.
twist out the bulb.
replace with new bulb and i think the rest is pretty obvious!
