Why do our air conditioning vents close when accelerating?

Usually that's a vacuum leak, weird on a 2007 as most use servo motors, but classic symptom of a vacuum leak. search under the hood for a small hose off the motors intake that goes into the cab, might come off brake booster.
OR listen inside cab for hissing sound, this might be leaking at the selector head, a relitivly easy fix

My 2000 rodeo manual trans. had a loss of power

This sounds like a restricted exhaust system, may have a clogged cat-converter,i would start by checking the exhaust system, and also check the engine for loose vacuum hoses

with what you describe it sounds like you have a vacume leak somewhere on the engine listen close under hood for a hissing dound look for a line off or broken or cracked. the fix or replace the line fix by cutting out bad spot if it will still ereach its destination

Loud hissing sounds comming from the intake followed by rough idle then stalling. Not an every time deal, but about 80% of the time

Sounds like a major vacume leak, most likely the fittinng comming out of the intake for your power break booster or a break in the hose going to the break booster. In any case there is a major vacume leak.

My mazda 6 is idling and shuts off, and there is a hissing sound coming from the engine you can hear it just can't find where. This all started when the hissing began. I found 3 hoses cracked and I...

You still got a vacume leak, best chk. all your vacume hoses paying close attention to the one that goes to your break booster, it also could be an intake gasget, You can chk. that by spraying a little WD-40 around the intake and vacume lines while its running if it reves up than thats where your leak is, not a whole lot you don't want to start a fire.

97 Blazer brake pedal making hissing sound

Sounds like a vacume leak from power break booster, when you loose vacume it will stall out the engine if enought vacume is lost. chk. power break booster. and hose from engine leading to booster for vacume leak, booster is under hood, break master cyl. bolts to it.
